Mother's Day Sparkling Breakfast

This year all private bookings will be held in our brand-new coffee lounge, FIG & FERN. This will create a more relaxed dining experience where you will be shown to your table and waited on for every need. Treat your mum to this Mother’s Day for an extra special treat!

All adult breakfasts include a selection of pastries, tea or filter coffee.

Along with a complimentary glass of Prosecco!

Light Breakfast £22.99 (per person)

Light Breakfast: A choice of fried or scrambled egg,  Sausages, rasher of bacon, mushrooms, tomato, Heinz baked beans,  hash browns and toast.  Gluten-free and Vegan options are available.

Breakfast Omelette £22.99 (per person)

Breakfast Omelette is served with a pot of baked beans: bacon, tomato, and mushroom.

Eggs Royale £18.99 (per person)

A Toasted muffin served with smoked Salmon and topped with a poached egg and hollandaise sauce with vine cherry tomatoes.

Avocado on Toast. (VE)  £16.99 (per person)

Smashed Avocado Paprika chill flakes on sourdough toast with vine cherry tomatoes and button mushrooms

Belgian waffle  £16.99 (per person)

Belgian waffle topped with forest fruits covered in milk chocolate and a biscuit crumb

Childs Breakfast 9.99 (per child)

A choice of fried or scrambled egg, one  Sausage, a rasher of bacon,  Heinz baked beans,  hash browns and toast. Gluten-free and Vegan options are available.  Served with either Orange or apple juice.

Childs Pancakes £8.99 (per child)

Two Pancakes served with banana. Served with either Orange or apple juice.

Menu selection options on drink choices, eggs, or any dietary and allergy information,  if needed, can be made on the last page of the checkout.

Please mention any food allergies or if you require the vegetarian/gluten-free option at the time of booking. We require 72 hours' notice before your booking. Please bring your e-ticket with you for confirmation, which should be presented to a member of the Digg Café team upon arrival.
