 Afternoon Tea in the Digg Cafe

Ideal for a celebration or just pure indulgence, we offer A Traditional Afternoon Tea a Sparkling Afternoon Tea* and a Gentleman's Tea.

 

•       Available Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays at 2.30pm, 3.00pm and 3.30pm

•       We will require 48 hours notice to book an Afternoon Tea.

•       *Sparkling Tea. A Sparkling soft drink will be substituted for those under 18 years of age. We reserve the right to request proof of age and would recommend you bring identification of age if you are between 18 and 25 years old.

•       Places are limited for each day

 

Breakfast with Santa in the Digg Cafe

Santa visits the Digg Cafe at Breakfast time to chat to the children and give them a Personalised Golden Ticket to visit him in his Snow Cave where they will receive a present.

 

•       Children must be accompanied by an adult

•       Places are limited for each breakfast event

 

General Terms & Conditions

 

•       Tickets are only valid for the date printed on the ticket.

•       Printed Tickets or tickets that can be validated from a mobile are required on arrival.

•       If you have not been able to print your ticket or are unable to present your ticket on your mobile device. Please bring your booking reference with you at least 10 minutes before the start of your Event so that we can validate your booking.

•       All tickets cannot be exchanged once booked, they are non-refundable, not transferable and not for resale.

•       If for any reason in these terms and conditions we refuse to accept a ticket, it is also non-refundable.

•       If tickets are purchased on behalf of others, the purchaser accepts these Terms & Conditions will apply to each person they book for.

•       Disabled parking, accessible toilets, and baby change facilities are available on site.

•       The site does not have any steps making it most suitable for wheelchairs, prams and buggies.

•       Smoking is prohibited (including e-cigarettes)

•       CCTV cameras are used to assist with Security and Health & Safety.

•       We reserve the right, to change food service times and change the food offering to reflect seasonal variation.

•       If for any reason we have to close and cancel the event, we may offer replacement tickets for an alternative day or at our discretion a full refund.

•       We reserve the right to exclude anyone from the premises whose behaviour is improper and which may affect the enjoyment or safety of our other guests and staff, without the right to a refund.
