Duck Liver Pate
Duck Liver Parfait with a Cointreau Orange Glaze served on a bed of Salad Garnished with Toasted Sourdough. Accompanied by an Orange and fig Chutney.
Prawn Cocktail
A classic Prawn Cocktail served with a freshly baked Baguette garnished with a Lemon Slice.
